what is reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese alternative therapy and is a form of energy healing. Practitioner’s techniques will vary. Reiki sessions can be done in-person with gentle hands-on healing or in-person and completely hands-off. Some Reiki practitioners will offer remote sessions as well.
The deep relaxation that can take place during a Reiki session facilitates emotional and physical healing. Reiki is effective at removing energy blockages and assists in restoring balance on all levels.
How does katherine work?
I offer my services to every woman interested in the benefits, however as a Holistic Doula and Reproductive Practitioner, my Reiki practice is focused on reproductive wellness. From womb related dis-ease to fourth trimester recovery, Reiki is a beautiful modality for removing energy blocks and creating more ease in the body, mind and spirit.
All of my sessions are mobile — I bring my table and come to your home. You may experience individual Reiki sessions with me as a current client or as part of a package.
Investment
You may experience individual reiki sessions with me as a Birth Care client or Holistic Conception Guidance client for $100. Packages of 4 also available for client rate of $350.
If you are not a current client and interested in an in-home session or package of 4 sessions please reach out to me. The investment for an individual in-home session is $155 and a package of 4 sessions is $500.

These sessions are done in your home and can feel very nourishing in the fourth trimester.
